10CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

11DATA COLLECTION & SCOPE

MyNative collects personal information necessary to facilitate the marketplace connection between students and independent instructors. This includes: - Identity Data: Name, email address, and preferred username. - Profile Data: Bio, native language, hourly rates, and availability. - Transaction Data: Details about payments made through Stripe. - Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and session logs for security and performance monitoring.

12VIDEO CALL PRIVACY

Lessons are conducted via live video stream. MyNative does not record, store, or monitor your private video lessons. We do not have access to the audio or video content of your sessions. User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for any information they voluntarily disclose during a live session. MyNative is not liable for personal data, sensitive information, or images shared by a user with another party during a call.

13DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including SSL/TLS encryption) to protect your information. Disclaimer: While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. MyNative shall not be liable for unauthorized access or data leaks resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.

14CONSENT & ACCEPTANCE

By creating an account or using the MyNative website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent for optional data processing at any time by contacting us, though this may limit your ability to use certain features of the platform.
